There are some people who have sun inside of them. It's hard to explain. Their presence just brightens, it's not about their beautiful smiles. They have an internal being that sheds light and feels like sun. It’s a calm energy. Inner peace. But most importantly, it's not wanting anything back. It is sun.

This is so true! I frequently say, “You can’t fail, unless you quit!” Keep trying, moving , failing and succeeding!! What a great journey😀😉

Everything in life brings risk. It's true that you risk failure if you try something bold because you might miss it, but you also risk failure if you stand still and don't try anything new.

The more you do, the more you fail. The more you fail, the more you learn. The more you learn, the better you get.

Good leaders know the value in wanting others to shine more than they do. But how do they do that? They follow this thinking:

“Before I say, ‘Follow me,’ I find you.
Before I ask you to listen to me, I listen to you.
When I show you the big picture, you are in it.
When I point to success, I point to you.
Often you hear me say, I need you.
Often you discover, he needed me!
After the journey, we are both exhausted.
After the victory, you hold the trophy.”

Good leaders do what they can to put others in a position to win!

Cleary Counseling has expanded their services to add a leadership training and coaching component in their services:) All leadership is important but we are focusing on helping Female leaders develop their Confidence, Strengths, Communication skills and resources.
