In the early 1950s, Dr. Edward Eckel had a dream—a community for older adults built not on luxury, but on faith and genuine care. He found our hilltop location in the Osage Hills, and in 1960, Saint Simeon’s opened its doors.

Sixty-five years later, Dr. Eckel’s dream still drives us. Our belief that every person deserves to be genuinely cared for hasn’t changed. And it never will.

Today, we’re taking a moment to honor the journey—and everyone who has been part of it.

Our residents are riding in style—thanks to the Saint Simeon's Foundation and a new 2025 Chrysler Pacifica.
Our transport driver, Juan, has logged countless miles making sure our residents get to their appointments safely and comfortably. Now he's got a new ride that matches his dedication—including rear wheelchair access that makes loading easier and more dignified for everyone.
Jacob from MobilityWorks of Tulsa, OK walked Juan and our Maintenance Manager, Ed, through everything our the new van has to offer. As you can see, they approved.
