CURA- HPC understands that you want a hospice team that has collaboratively developed a plan of care that is compatible with the wishes of the patient, the family, and the long term care facility, if applicable. We have built an experienced hospice team consisting of clinical leaders with advanced certification in hospice and palliative care nursing, and an interdisciplinary team that is second to none.
