This is one of them.

Flourish Wellness is a boutique-style, close-knit group practice in Tulsa, OK with locations in Midtown (Cherry Street) and out South (108th & Memorial), and we’re intentionally adding one fully licensed clinician to our team at each location.

This role is best suited for someone who values depth in their clinical work, connection within a team, and being part of a practice that is both highly supportive and thoughtfully curated.

Our referrals are primarily:
Eating disorders, trauma, substance use, perinatal, mood and personality disorders, family/couples, OCD, anxiety, and depression

We’re looking for someone who:
• Is fully licensed (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• Is affirming and culturally responsive with LGBTQ+ and immigrant populations
• Values collaboration, professionalism, and being an engaged part of a small group practice

At Flourish, we are intentional about who we bring on. Our clinicians are supported, our referral stream is strong, and our culture is something we actively protect.

We are excited to welcome Madeleine Tamez, LPC as a full-time therapist at Flourish Wellness! 💙

Madeleine specializes in working with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, substance use, co-dependency, and relationship struggles. She is especially passionate about supporting women in recovery from substance abuse, as well as helping women heal from body image concerns and disordered eating.

Her approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, acceptance, and collaboration. Madeleine integrates evidence-based modalities including EMDR, CPT, CBT, ACT, and DBT, helping clients process painful experiences, build healthy coping skills, and create more meaningful, balanced lives.

Madeleine is currently accepting new clients! She is in-network with HealthChoice + self-pay and onboarding with Aetna, BCBS, CommunityCare, Cigna, and UHC/UMR. She offers virtual sessions during business hours, but will offer in-person sessions beginning spring of 2026.

Please help me welcome Jerrica, our new full-time therapist at Flourish Wellness! 🩵

Jerrica is a compassionate and detail-oriented therapist at Flourish Wellness, dedicated to creating a safe, judgment-free space where clients can show up as their authentic selves. She has a Master’s degree in Community Counseling from Rogers State University and specialized training in trauma-focused modalities.

Her clinical experience spans working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, relationship challenges, and significant life transitions such as marriage, divorce, parenting, and career shifts. Jerrica is also passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and families, ensuring each client feels affirmed and understood.

Before joining Flourish Wellness, Jerrica served in multiple roles at a well-known community mental health agency—including Licensed Professional Counselor-Candidate, Integrated Team Manager, and Care Coordinator. In these roles, she provided individual and family therapy, supervised multidisciplinary teams, and built strong community partnerships.

At Flourish Wellness, Jerrica combines evidence-based practices with warmth and empathy, helping clients reconnect with themselves and others while moving toward healing and growth.

Meet Molly Sanders, LPC — Now Accepting New Clients!

We’re so excited to welcome Molly Sanders, LPC full-time to the Flourish Wellness team! With 7 years of experience in school-based and community mental health settings, Molly brings a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate heart to her work.

Molly specializes in supporting children, teens, families, and elderly adults through life’s ups and downs—whether it’s anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, school struggles, low self-esteem, or major life transitions. Her calm, caring presence helps kids feel safe, seen, and supported, while also helping caregivers feel confident and connected.

Trained in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Molly creates warm and engaging spaces where clients can build resilience, explore emotions, and grow into their strengths.

Outside the office, Molly loves traveling with her husband, relaxing at the lake, and spending time with her two pups, HoneyBee and Oliver (usually with a Bravo show playing in the background!). 🐾

Peyton Pielsticker, LMSW is now accepting new clients at Flourish Wellness!

Peyton is a full-time therapist with a strong passion for supporting individuals through substance use challenges, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, perinatal mental health, and more. She holds dual master’s degrees in Social Work and Prevention Science and is licensed as both an LMSW in Oklahoma and an LADC in Texas.

At Flourish Wellness, Peyton provides counseling under supervision as she works toward her LCSW. She takes a compassionate, humanistic approach — meeting each client where they are and helping them discover the tools, insights, and strengths they need to move forward.

Peyton is now offering both in-person and virtual appointments and is in-network with BCBS.
