Included in Membership:
Memberships are $70/month for adults and $30/month for children (under 18). Memberships are for a six-month term. If you would like to be seen without a membership, you will be charged $70 for an adult and $30 for a child and will receive a trial membership for the month.
We work hard to practice evidence based medicine to provide you with the best care. You receive better access to the proper medical care. We are only a phone call away to get the right advice.
No-Copay and no deductibles
Providers on call 24 hours with our staff being available until 10 pm (including cases when a home visit is necessary) by physicians and nurse practitioners with years of experience in pediatrics, primary care, and emergency medicine – call us first; most times your medical need is covered by your membership, but if not, we can help reduce the cost of further medical testing or certain specialists
Communication with providers via FaceTime, phone call, pictures, and text messaging
Wellness checks – for children through adults (immunizations given at cost; yearly physical exams such as pap smear, prostate exam, and etcetera), abscess incision and drainage
Scheduled home visits
Acute Care home visits – example: laceration repair (stitches) or clinically necessary topic
Common Labs – commonly test labs (including strep, flu, mono, lipids, urinary analysis, blood chemistries, hemoglobin…) new lab technology with quick turn around time with lab results (flu test results within three minutes and many labs within 12 minutes – same visit results)
X-rays
Splints
Primary care topics – maintenance of common chronic medical conditions (EKG, diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol)
Urgent Care topics – acute illnesses (flu, strep, upper respiratory infections), stitches, sprains, rashes, fever
Certain Emergency Medicine Topics – broken bones – call first to evaluate for ER visit or something we can handle in house, abdominal pain, and available consult when cases need to be referred to the ER.
Hospital admission services when medically necessary – skip the ER and patient may be admitted directly from Prestige Medical Care

Referral list for specialists
Prestige Medical Care will be using local discounted pharmacies with emphasis on prescribing generic medications to keep overall medical care costs reduced.

Botox – trained nurses and providers for aesthetics and medical treatment purposes (migraines) – cost $9 per unit
IV vitamin infusions – vitamins delivered to the body at the cellular level
