Through a partnership with Dr. Jacob Dearmon of Oklahoma City University Ronnie K. Irani Center for Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence, Mental Health Association Oklahoma has compiled and analyzed all Oklahoma County eviction filings in 2025.
While filings decreased by 3.5% compared to 2024, the overall eviction rate of 12.07% is alarmingly high.
High eviction rates lead to higher rates of school absenteeism, job loss, family separation, incarceration, and hospitalization. When we invest in strategies to address eviction and housing stability, we invest in our families, schools, and communities.
