✨You don’t have to accept feeling “off” as your new normal.

✨Somewhere along the way, so many women were taught that getting older means:�
less energy�worse sleep�more discomfort�and just… not feeling like yourself anymore

✨And we quietly start adjusting our expectations.

✨But I refuse to believe that this is just how it has to be.
We are finally in a time where women are talking openly about things like hormones, perimenopause, stress, burnout, and how all of it impacts how we feel in our bodies.

✨So if you’ve been telling yourself,
�“this is just aging…”

✨I want you to gently question that.

✨Because more often than not—there are ways to feel better.�
To have more energy.�To feel more like yourself again.

✨Who’s changed the font size on their phone? 🙋🏻‍♀️

✨Not a lot makes me feel older than needing my readers to see someone else’s phone screen. But, we age if we’re lucky. So I try to switch to gratitude quickly.

✨Aging is not a bad thing and can come with many many benefits. Like a major decline in “give a sh*ts” and more love and appreciation for what we do have instead of what we don’t.

✨And hopefully a realization that life is best lived in the here and now.

✨I encourage you today to plug in, stay present and celebrate the life you’ve been given up until today.
