Congratulations to our RBTs of the Month for November - Kat in our Main Building and DJ in our ECC!🎉🙌🏼

Kat is consistent and engaging. She regularly incorporates NET throughout her sessions with her clients to help them achieve greater independence. Kat is always promoting functional communication, uplifting her coworkers and boosting morale (especially with her Wednesday cookies!). She is positive, encouraging and creative and we thank her for all she does here at SOH!

DJ’s genuine care for her clients is evident in all she does. She is reliable and quick to help - whether it’s grabbing materials or supporting other RBTs. Her supportive and kind presence has made her such an important part of our team. DJ, we’re SOH lucky to have you here!

Girls, thank you again for helping us make hope happen everyday in our Department!💙

We had so much fun at Cookies with Santa today!🎅🏼🍪SOH kiddos enjoyed decorating their holiday cookies, taking pictures with Santa and drinking hot cocoa with all the toppings. Merry early Christmas!❤️🎄
