To be honest, I struggle with this sometimes.

As humans, we’re hardwired to focus on what we lack. Our brains are literally wired to notice problems, gaps, and what’s missing.

Which means gratitude doesn’t always come naturally.

But every now and then, I’m reminded that the real luxuries in life aren’t always the big, flashy things.

They’re the simple ones we often overlook:
peace of mind, time, health, meaningful relationships, and the ability to just… breathe without rushing.

Success isn’t always about getting more.
Sometimes it’s about recognizing what you already have.
And being grateful for it.
