HB 3834- passed the house 68/23 here in Oklahoma 💫

Getting it passed in the senate requires planning and an infrastructure that isn’t built just yet.

We are all a work in progress ✨ and we’re here to do the work.

See you there ✨

Liberated! Welcome back we’re so grateful you’re here

After seven months offline, our page has finally been restored!

Last year, Meta removed our page and declined to review multiple appeals. For an organization dedicated to psych*del!c education and professional resources, the loss was significant — not simply in reach, but in our ability to connect clinicians, researchers, educators, and community members seeking thoughtful, evidence-informed dialogue.

Today, we are back.

This experience has reinforced something important: The community deserves accurate information, nuanced discussion, and responsible guidance — particularly in areas where policy, stigma, and public understanding are still catching up.

Our mission remains unchanged:
• To provide rigorous, accessible psych*del!c education
• To support clinicians and professionals with high-quality resources
• To create dialogue that prioritizes safety, ethics, and integration
• To reduce risks through informed, evidence-based discourse

We are grateful to those who stayed connected with us through other channels and continued supporting this work. Your commitment made it clear that this community matters.

As we rebuild, we will continue sharing research updates, professional development opportunities, and conversations at the intersection of mental health, addiction recovery, and expanded states of consciousness.

Thank you for being here.
Onward.

Excited to share that the bestie and I have been selected as Faculty Fellows for the University Psychedelic Education Program (UPEP). 🎉

We’ll be collaborating with leading universities across the country to advance ethical, evidence-informed psychedelic education and research.

This work sits at the intersection of research, policy, clinical care, and social work and we’re especially committed to ensuring Indigenous considerations, community accountability, and responsible implementation remain central as this field evolves.

At the same time, Oklahoma has introduced HB 3834, legislation related to ibogaine research and implementation.

Meaningful progress will require collaboration between universities, the VA, medical schools, and Schools of Social Work.

The field is moving.
And we have an opportunity to shape it thoughtfully.

Grateful. Grounded. Ready.

I just returned from Washington, DC, where I had the privilege of attending a social work research conference. I centered my focus on the future of psychedelic science and the timing couldn’t have been more powerful.

I stood at the MLK Parade, honoring a legacy that reminds us that justice, courage, and collective action are not optional, they’re required and silence isn’t an option.

I connected with researchers, clinicians, and scholars who have helped shape the academic psychedelic space over the past 20+ years. These are people doing the slow, rigorous, ethical work.

I can’t explain the feeling of walking into a room and the speaker read my name tag and said she had heard so much about me and was hoping our paths would cross 🪐

Social workers are everywhere in this movement. We are advocating at the policy level, grounding the science in ethics, centering communities, and pushing for access that doesn’t replicate the same systems of harm.

Psychedelic work is not just about molecules, it’s about people, power, history, and healing. 🪬🌬️🪶⚖️🪷

There is real momentum right now. Government buy-in. Public funding. Serious conversations happening in rooms that used to be closed.

Social workers belong in those rooms. This is what macro practice looks like. This is what evidence-based advocacy looks like. This is what it means to carry forward MLK’s call for justice into modern healing spaces.

The work continues rooted in research, guided by ethics, and driven by the belief that healing is both personal and political. 🤍✨🤘🏼

✨ Closing the chapter on this year with gratitude and truth. ✨

This year stretched me. It asked for courage where I once chose comfort, honesty when silence felt safer, and trust when the path ahead wasn’t clear 🪷

I learned that growth doesn’t always sparkle. Sometimes it looks like staying, beginning again, or choosing yourself even when it’s uncomfortable🤍

I showed up for my work, my people, and my purpose in ways I once only imagined. I honored grief without letting it define me. I took risks. I softened. I stood firm. I recognized when I was playing small🪬

As I step into the new year, I claim clarity, resilience, and a deeper connection to what matters most. I’m moving forward with intention, curiosity, and faith in the unfolding 🕊️

Here’s to becoming. Not perfect, not fearless but real 🤘🏼

Cheers to 2026 🥂
