Meet our providers!

Dr. Victoria Tracy is interested in helping children with psychological and neuropsychological problems that affect their performance. She has clinical experience in the evidence-based evaluation of neurocognitive disorders, learning disorders, intellectual disabilities, and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). She also evaluates head injuries, such as sports-related concussions.

Dr. Joseph James received his master’s and doctorate degrees from the Forrest Institute of Professional Psychology in Springfield, Missouri. He is passionate about ADHD treatment, mindfulness practices, and integrating health and wellness in treatment approaches. Dr. James co-founded Green Country Psychology in 2018.

Dr. Tim Doty (he/him) has been providing services since 2004. He offers therapy, psychological assessment/evaluation, and forensic services for family law and legal situations. He is passionate about helping people connect more deeply in their lives. He is sensitive to LGBT+ individuals.

As numbers of COVID-19 cases continue to increase as of August 2021, Green Country Psychology is adjusting appointment check-in procedures.
Our waiting area is closed and we are asking people to check-in to their appointments from their vehicles. To do so:
Please text us at 918-878-8072 (the phone number is also posted on the entry door of Suite 700) when you arrive.
Please list your initials and the provider whom you are scheduled to see.
If you do not receive a response within 5 minutes, feel free to text a second time to be sure we see your check-in message.
We will bring you any necessary paperwork for you to complete at your vehicle.
We will also be checking temperatures and asking screening questions related to COVID-19 exposure.

* Masks are required for in-person appointments.*
We may be shifting some in-person appointments to virtual meetings.

As a reminder, sessions are scheduled by appointment only.

Telehealth is going strong at Green Country Psychology. We are making a slight shift to using the doxy.me (doc see me) service. This should streamline things even further. Thanks for transitioning with us!

Research shows that Doxy.me is the easiest telemedicine solution for patients. It is simple and easy for patients to use, there are no downloads or accounts to setup.

We are here! The Governor has issued a stay safe plan (of sorts). If you don’t have to get out of the house, stay at home. We can offer Telehealth video connection for sessions.
Psychology is on the list of essential services.
