Memberships are live!

This is your sign to lock in and prioritize your nervous system.

Have you ever thought about how great it would be to get a massage once a month? Memberships make it easy! Here is the rundown on how it works. You choose the services that you want to get every month. This could simply be one 90 minute massage, a 60 minute massage plus an add on, or a 105 minute massage plus a private yoga lesson. You can customize your membership to fit your lifestyle and goals. Memberships receive 10% off the total price of services plus additional benefits throughout the year. Tips can also be included in your membership or left out. They are always appreciated but never expected.

You can pick the date you'd like your membership fee to be drafted from your account to make it easier for you. MassageBook stores your card information and drafts your fee automatically. We can even set up a reoccurring monthly appointment so the date/time that works for you is always available. If you don't want a reoccurring appointment thats okay too! When the membership fee drafts your checking account it automatically applies a credit to your MassageBook account which makes check out easy.

Memberships can also be rolled over up to 12 months. Meaning if you can't come in one month you can squeeze two appointments into the same month if one has rolled over. There is no cancellation fee or minimum length of time to sign up for a membership. Just let me know before your membership renews if you need to cancel or pause for a month or two.

It's that time of year again!

Anyone else find it hard to believe that we are already entering into the 2025 holiday season? Glad it's not just me! I've put together three different offerings for you this year. Each seasonal service is $150 and can be booked online. These services are available from November 1st - December 31st 2025.

Holiday Hot Stones - 90 minute hot stones with aromatherapy add on. This one is for those of you who get the winter blues and need a little pick me up. This was our holiday getaway package last year and it was a hit so we're bringing it back!

Candy Comedown - 90 minute massage with migraine relief add on. This one if for my fellow sweet tooth lovers! We've all been there and had one too many sweets this time of year. Great for people needing to decompress or reset from all the hustle and bustle this season brings.

Traditional Thai Massage - 90 minute Thai massage with aromatherapy add on and complimentary hot tea to go. Often referred to as "lazy man's yoga" this modality is great for those who need a little more flexibility in their life while also not wanting to miss out on their trouble spots being worked on.

Gift cards are also available for purchase! You can purchase a specific service or a dollar amount as a gift card. When purchased you will receive a digital gift certificate that can be emailed or printed. If you'd prefer a physical gift certificate with an envelope please reach out and let me know!

Friends! I'm subbing at Open Eye Yoga and Healing Space this coming Monday! I'm teaching the candlelight soft stretch at 7:00 pm. This is my first public yoga class in awhile and I'd love to see you there. This class is for anyone and everyone, no experience required. Let me know if you have any questions!

I'm so excited to announce this years holiday getaway package! It includes a 90 minute hot stone massage with aromatherapy of your choice and a scalp massage. Hot stone massages are my favorite type of massage to give, as well as receive. The warmth and weight of the stones help to deepen the sense of relaxation in your session. Coupled with aromatherapy and a scalp massage you get a little holiday getaway. Plus, the heat allows me to work a little more efficiently on your areas of stress since the stones warm the tissue for me. This package is available for purchase now until December 31st. It originally retails for $180 and is on sale for $150. If you've never tried a hot stone massage now is the perfect time! I also have extended hours next month. From January 20th - January 31st my availability is Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 7:30 pm and Saturday 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm.

As this year wraps up I can't help but to reflect on the past twelve months. Looking back at how many of you made massage therapy a priority brings me so much joy. Friends!

It's been a stressful week and it's only Tuesday. Between time change, tornadoes, and tonight's election it feels like we are all collectively "feeling it".

I wanted to bring a little glimmer of respite that these events have triggered. I have morning massage availability the rest of this week if you need a little extra bliss in your life. I am also hosting a pop up yoga class this Thursday the 7th at 5:30 pm on the patio of Cultivate Strength. Happy Fall!

While in Tampa, at the AMTA National Convention, I had the opportunity to gain valuable insight into my discussion topic as well as expand my knowledge of cupping. I have now added that to my service menu which can be viewed/booked on my website. It is an excellent choice for clients that like a firmer pressure or are experiencing any pain or discomfort. Cupping is also great for general stress reduction and has been shown to alter skin texture. I've added a facial cupping enhancer and it is included with the migraine relief enhancer now. If you have any questions about cupping please don't hesitate to reach out!

I am so excited to share that my website has been updated! I've included the link to my website for you to check out below. One of the most meaningful updates is that I wanted to share the "why" behind my name. When choosing a business name I wanted something that captured not only my massage therapy practice but also my yoga practice. Yoga is the thing that catapulted me into massage therapy and I'm looking forward to sharing it with you all more. If you're interested in learning more about yoga and how you can incorporate it into your everyday life please reach out! I offer private yoga lessons which can include up to two people.

Due to moving and operational costs I am increasing the rate of my 2-hour massage by $10 effective January 1st. All other services will remain the same. I am getting settled into the new space and can't wait for you all to see it.

New Location + Life Update

Bliss Body Therapy is moving! As you all know, Cultivate Strength has been our home for the past three years. We are so excited to be able to move with them in their next chapter as a business. We will be closed September 1-15 to get the new space ready as well as attend the AMTA National Convention in Tampa, Florida. We plan to reopen September 16th with business as usual except we will be in our new space. Our new location is located at 4142 S. Harvard Ave. Tulsa, OK. If you have an appointment in August it will be at the original Cultivate Strength space that you all are familiar with. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out to me at 918-219-4811.

Some of you may have heard me talk about AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association) in the past. This is the organization that I volunteer with for our profession. I am an elected delegate and sit on the board of our Oklahoma chapter. Every year delegates from all over the US come together to attend the Assembly of Delegates (AOD) meeting. In this meeting we discuss and vote on a proposed position statement regarding our profession. We also have a discussion topic that is meant to shed light on something that should be discussed regarding the issues our industry faces. This year my discussion topic was chosen to be on the agenda! We are thrilled to gather information from all over the US and hear input on the way massage therapists are defining basic modalities. If you are interested in learning more about my volunteer work don't hesitate to reach out! I always love hearing the perspective from clients to get a clearer understanding from all sides of the industry. I will also be attending the AMTA National Convention, which is three full days of continuing education. This means I will likely bring home a few new techniques to try out!

You guys make me so grateful to be a massage therapist and I am truly honored that you all continue to show up on my schedule. I am so excited to share this news with you guys! I am officially a Board Certified Massage Therapist! This means that I get to add the letters BCTMB to the end of my name and use this fancy badge.

Education is invaluable to me and I'm so grateful to have been afforded the opportunity to not only test my knowledge but also pass on my first attempt. I absolutely love what I do and that includes continually learning and striving for more. I can't wait to see what opportunities lie ahead.
