Every day fills my heart with gratitude for this incredible team. Last night's 1950s themed Christmas dinner was a joyous celebration of togetherness, a well-deserved break from the chaos. At even this age, healthy habits are instilled that contribute to a lifetime of healthy skin. Provide your children with the gift of knowledge, which includes a reduced risk of skin cancer. Teach them to use sunscreen daily, even in winter, and regularly check their skin for changes in moles, freckles, and other marks. Teach them about the dangers of tanning beds and model good habits. It literally can save their life and promote a healthy skin lifestyle!
