Enjoy a curated playlist of operatic favorites and flow with us at Child Advocacy Network (2815 S Sheridan Rd) from 6 to 6:45 p.m. All ages and skill levels are welcome for this free, gentle yoga class. We’ll see you there!

Feeling out of sync with the time change? Find your balance at Sound bath, sponsored by AARP Oklahoma, on Saturday, November 8 at 10 a.m. in Fly Loft.

Led by Sana Meditation, this free, hour-long session uses soothing sounds and tones to guide you into deep relaxation. 🧘

This week is an invitation to let go—of tension, stress, and the patterns that keep us stuck. Both yoga and somatic movement offer space to release what the body is holding so we can move with more ease and presence.

✨ Virtual Somatic Movement
→ Monday at 7:30 PM (beginning in October, Mondays will be at 6:00 PM)
→ Wednesday at 6:00 AM

🌿 Virtual Vinyasa Yoga (medium)
→ Tuesday at 10:00 AM
→ Wednesday at 7:30 AM
→ Friday at 10:00 AM

💲 $12 per class or 6 classes for $60 (use for yoga or somatic).
