Today! Grab your mats and favorite yoga fit, because Aria Yoga Winter Session is officially in session! 🧘🏻‍♀️

Enjoy a curated playlist of operatic favorites and flow with us at Child Advocacy Network (2815 S Sheridan Rd) from 6 to 6:45 p.m. All ages and skill levels are welcome for this free, gentle yoga class. We’ll see you there!

This week is an invitation to let go—of tension, stress, and the patterns that keep us stuck. Both yoga and somatic movement offer space to release what the body is holding so we can move with more ease and presence.

✨ Virtual Somatic Movement
→ Monday at 7:30 PM (beginning in October, Mondays will be at 6:00 PM)
→ Wednesday at 6:00 AM

🌿 Virtual Vinyasa Yoga (medium)
→ Tuesday at 10:00 AM
→ Wednesday at 7:30 AM
→ Friday at 10:00 AM

💲 $12 per class or 6 classes for $60 (use for yoga or somatic).

Tension has a way of building up without us even realizing it — in our shoulders, our jaw, our hips, and even our breath. And this built up tension often creates pain in the body.

This Thursday evening, I’m leading a Somatic Movement Workshop designed to help you gently release that hidden tension and reconnect with a sense of ease.

No experience is needed — just a willingness to slow down, move mindfully, and give your body a little care.
We'll explore small, simple movements that make a big difference for your body and your nervous system.

🌿 Most of us were never taught how to manage our emotions in a way that truly serves us. Instead, we react on autopilot—feeling overwhelmed, shutting down, or getting caught in cycles of frustration.

Mel Robbins talks about how most people’s emotional intelligence is stuck at an 8-year-old level, and it’s easy to see how that plays out in daily life. But here’s the good news: Mindfulness helps us change that.

Mindfulness gives us the tools to pause, recognize emotional habits, and respond with awareness instead of reacting from old patterns. It increases emotional intelligence, resilience, and the ability to handle life’s challenges with more steadiness and clarity.

And this isn’t about self-judgment—it’s about self-compassion. It’s about learning how to create more balance, joy, and ease in your life.

That’s exactly what we’ll explore in my weekly mindfulness meditation class, Sundays at 11:30 AM at The Well at Wompa. 💙 And the best part? You don’t have to do it alone.
