Very rarely we graduate from childhood without exposure to life difficulties and dysfunctional behavior of others. An ancient tradition teaches that humans respond to challenging childhood experiences in five clearly defined ways, called defense systems, which affect our behavior, self-expression, and even the shape of our physical body.
In this 5-lesson workshop series, we will be examining each defense system, ways they serve and harm us, and how to fully integrate them to be more of who we really are.
WHAT is PRESENTED: all 5 defense systems, how they affect you and your relationships with yourself and the external world, gifts they bring, ways they harm you, and tools to make them work for you, not against you.
WHY to ATTEND: you will walk away with an increased understanding of yourself and other people in your life, as well as specific tools on how to fully integrate the defense systems.
WHAT to EXPECT: 5 weekly 90 minute interactive sessions that include a 30-min guided meditation.
