👂What is that “crack” or “popping” sound?

The sound made during an adjustment is called a 𝙘𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, a release of nitrogen gas from the joint space.

When synovial joints are stretched or separated (as occurs with adjustments), a temporary vacuum (negative pressure) is created within the joint capsule.

During this negative pressure, gasses like nitrogen, oxygen and carbon dioxide are rapidly released into the vacuum, resulting in the “popping” sound.

Every adjustment has a purpose — realign, reset, and relax 💫 we also offer non-popping techniques 😘😘😘😘😍🥰💎🎉918-364-2225

Pumpkin Protein Bars 🎃💪
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups blanched almond flour (I subbed 1/2 c of the flour for plantain flour for some prebiotics!)
½ tsp baking soda
1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp fine sea salt
1 - 2 scoops unflavored bone broth protein
½ cup ghee, or softened butter
¾ cup coconut sugar
½ cup pumpkin purée
1 large egg
1 tsp pure vanilla extract…
Optional add dark chocolate ♥️♥️♥️♥️(1/2 cup)
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, combine the almond flour, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, bone broth protein, and sea salt. Set aside.
Mix wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, use a hand mixer or whisk to cream together the ghee and coconut sugar until smooth. Add the pumpkin purée, egg, and vanilla, and mix until fully combined and silky.
Combine: Add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Stir or beat until a thick, even batter forms.
Bake: Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan. Bake for 20–22 minutes, or until the top is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
Cool & enjoy: Allow bars to cool before slicing (and adding that maple butter if you’re using!). Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
