5 things things that i can promise we don’t do Dr. Andrea's Chiropractic and Spinal Decompression1️⃣ Force a child to be adjusted on the table: we meet our patients right where they are. Sometimes, that looks like gently adjusting while they are cuddled with mom, or hoping on the floor to play during their adjustment.
2️⃣Use the same approach for a newborn and a 12-year-old:
Different ages = different techniques.
3️⃣Overlook what parents are noticing at home:
Parents know their child better than anyone.
4️⃣Ignore birth history: it matters more than people think
It helps guide gentle, informed care. The first major stressor is birth, and it always has a story to tell!
5️⃣Have a space that feels clinical instead of kid-friendly:
Comfort helps cooperation. We always want our patients, big and small, to feel at home in our office. After all, family first! ❤️
