Her services of expertise currently include individualized Acupuncture and massage treatments as well as certification in the following massage modalities: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Therapy, Prenatal, Reflexology and Trigger Point therapy. Chinoise constantly strives to enhance her knowledge and skills in acupuncture and massage by taking continuing education classes and using that knowledge to provide the most effective treatment for her clients. Chinoise believes acupuncture and massage treatments are not a luxury, they are a necessity. They not only address any physical ailments, but also promote mental and emotional health and wellness when received on a regular bases. For Chinoise, treatment doesn’t end when the session ends. She equips her clients with tools (handouts for stretching, homeopathic remedies, etc.) they can use at home to provide the most lasting results. Ultimately, when one feels good, our whole being follows suit on all other levels (i.e., decision-making is better, processing life events and everyday stress is improved, and being happy is much easier when you are not in pain, stressed or feeling 'heavy' or 'tight’). This is what Chinoise wants for her clients and she enjoys being apart of that process.
