I won't pretend that things haven't been hard, cause man, have they! Today's cards remind us that this has all been change for a purpose. Testing for a purpose. Removal for a purpose. All of this is pushing us towards greater stability and overall reward. You do have to get rid of the old to make way for the new. Sometimes that old is well established and it takes a wrecking ball and not a toss into the trash bin.

The Devil, the Knight of Cups, and a little advice

When we cling to an idea of what something should look like, when we're pushing for it, almost in desperation, it's easy to fall into old habits and old ways of doing things. It's easy to get lost in the sauce- there's just so much of it!

Let's be real here - it's been stressful, to say the least, for a while now. Some of you made comments the other day about survival mode and you're not wrong. One thing about living in that mode is that it doesn't give you space to think.

Our advice card is asking us to make space for ourselves and our peace whenever we can. Have a quiet moment in the bathroom at work, or in your car. Make yourself a little bubble of peace. This is a tiny space of refreshment on a marathon. Maybe you don't have time to fill your cup, but dang if we won't keep something in there! Remember this is temporary.

On another front, my friends have a podcast called The Quiet Knowing. I was a guest last year and the episode aired today. I have watched all the episodes so far and have very much enjoyed it.
