Hi all! My name is Erin Lucie and this is my story with Luminate!
Luminate is a spin off my married name Lucie, which is an Italian last name shorted from Luminati which means enlightened or to illuminate. I thought this was the perfect name for a clinic that would really help people shine!
I started aesthetic school 2000, and while I can not believe it has been almost 20 years, I have just as much passion today as I did back then. Combine that passion with the experience and expertise I have now and that is why I am so excited to open an anti-aging clinic here in Tulsa.
Eleanor Roosevelt said “Beautiful young people are accidents of nature, but Beautiful old people are works of Art.” This saying really struck a chord with me because my first bachelors degree was in art. I loved drawing faces, eyes, hands and bodies… the human body is the ultimate work of art. As a nurse practitioner I was able to focus more on the function of the human body and ways in which to optimize health and prevent diseases.
Now, I am able to take what I put on paper and make it a reality. I help men and women achieve their health and appearance ideals through cosmetic dermatology and wellness programs so they can live a confident, healthy life.
My husband, who also works in healthcare, and I have realized since having our son the real importance of optimal health. Wanting to stay active, be fit, simply feeling well enough to keep up with him and be around for him as long as we can. And how do cosmetic treatments play into all this? People say if you look better, you will feel better. Putting your best foot forward by enhancing what you love and diminishing flaws that might make us feel uncomfortable can improve self-confidence, work performance and even relationships.
Lindsey Gould, has been licensed to do skin since 2009. She is certified in microdermabrasion, chemical peels, laser hair reduction, laser body contouring and skin tightening. She is a ray of sunshine everyday in the office, helping men and women of all ages overcome their skin issues. It is a blessing to have her in my life and honor to have in our clinic!
God gave me a plan, a vision for my life and it’s such a blessing to be able to take my talents and serve couples, mothers and daughters, even best friends and impact their daily lives in a really powerful way!
