Did you know that all basic birth supplies are included in your facility fee at Midtown Birth Center? We don’t want you to worry about lugging boxes of supplies in labor, so we provide just about everything you need, including perineal cold packs and the sexiest underwear on the planet 😉

Stair walking during labor can help open the pelvis, encourage the baby to descend and rotate into the correct position, and apply pressure on the cervix to promote dilation. So it’s a good thing our stairs are so photogenic ;) Did you do any stair or curb-walking in labor?
