A healthy relationship doesn’t fix you or fill what’s missing. It offers support, challenge, and shared growth.

When two people bring their full selves into a relationship, love becomes a place where curiosity replaces blame, communication replaces assumptions, and growth becomes something you do together.

For a long time, I told myself I was just tired. Just busy. Just in a season. It’s amazing how faithfully our bodies carry what our hearts are holding. And how often we try to power through instead of pausing long enough to listen.

In this episode, we talk about the difference between ordinary exhaustion and something deeper like burnout — and why naming it can feel scary. But there’s also relief in honesty. There’s gentleness in saying, “This is where I am right now.”

Healing doesn’t start with having it all figured out. It starts with paying attention. With responding to yourself with compassion instead of criticism. And sometimes, with letting someone walk alongside you.

You’re not weak for feeling overwhelmed. You’re human.

Join us for this conversation — and come back next week as we explore the question:
“What do people misunderstand most about you?”

Safety looks like being able to speak honestly without fear. It’s knowing conflict won’t cost you connection. It’s being seen, respected, and allowed to be human.

Time has a way of stretching and shrinking around our experiences.

We can’t always change the season we’re in, but we can move through it with intention, honesty, and care.
