I've been talking to a lot of my patients lately about my new eating plan that I've been on for a few months and the main thing I've noticed is cutting out sugar and how much better I feel. My joints and my muscles don't ache like they used to. The burning and numbness in my neck is gone! Just wanted to share a little article that might inspire you if I haven't.

With the increase in sugar consumption over the last several decades, we have also seen a rise in obesity, chronic illness, and other painful conditions.

Two of my favorite patients gave me this awesome painting they got in Hawaii by a local artist. I finally got a frame for it and hung it up in my office today. The only thing I'd have to disagree with in this picture is the therapist wearing high heels 👠 and on a beach? 🤣
