I take my time in making each item. I want the best for my customers. Please take into consideration since all items are handmade sometimes there may be tiny flaws like micro bubbles. If items are not to my standards I will sell them at discounted prices. Im highly picky on my pieces an you may not even see anything wrong an you can consider that a deal for you. Please dont buy my items and then claim to others that you make them. Its not fair to the person putting in all there time and hard work in making them. I have had that happen before. Only place orders if you intend to pay. When commenting on a picture in my album of a item you want please state "me" or "want" following with your paypal info. ***Custom Orders***
Please private message me with all custom orders. Orders can take up to 5 business days for each item. Can take 2 weeks to recieve your order. Resin is very difficult to work with and weather,etc can affect the curing times dramasticly. Each layer takes 24 hours to cure. Plus you need to add in the time it takes to sand, wash and glaze each pendant. I will also send pictures of the items along the way. Please dont message me a bunch of times each day for pictures. Please remember these are handmade so it does take a little longer than when a machine makes them. I start on orders as soon as the invoice is paid (I work on orders in the order they are received). If you would like your order faster there is a $10 rush order fee (this doesnt mean you will get your custom order delivered in 3 days after you placed the order it means I will start on your order faster) When your order is finished and you agree that whats in the pictures is what you want the items are sold "AS IS"
***Paypal is the only form of payment.***
Please pay invoices within 24 hours. I am very understanding and I know sometimes things come up thats totally out of your control. Please private message me an I will extend your invoice an extra 2 days at the most. Please make sure your Paypal information is up to date on name, address etc. If not im not held responsible for items being sent to the wrong name and address. I send invoices Monday thru Friday.
***Shipping (Only Ship In The United States)***
Shipping starts at $3.50 (for the first 3 items). Any items after that will be addition $0.10 each. All orders will come with a tracking number an it will be given to you as soon as your items are shipped. Once you have recieved your tracking number im not responsible for items being lost. With that number it shows where your items are and if something goes wrong please resolve the problem with the post office your items are currently located.
