Welcome to Haven Studio, the newest, Pilates, Yoga and Barre studio in Tupelo, Mississippi. We’re SO glad you are here — there are many exciting things happening at Haven, and we can’t wait to welcome you as you begin or continue your journey of healthy living! Did you know we are the ONLY place in Tupelo that offers Pilates Reformers? Our Reformer classes are designed to get your heart pumping as you strengthen and tone the entire body with a cardio boost. No experience with the equipment? Our talented instructors will guide you every step of the way. What also sets us apart is that we don’t just focus on one type of exercise. Haven Studio uniquely integrates the practices of Pilates, Yoga and Barre. We blend these three highly-effective forms of training because we understand you want options. You want to mix it up.
