Mental health care shouldn’t be fragmented, with therapy in one place, medication support in another, and appointments weeks apart. At Arise Psychiatry, every part of your care is recommended and coordinated under one physician directed team.

That means less waiting, more continuity, and a care plan that truly fits you. Whether it’s talk therapy, medication support, telehealth check-ins, or all 3 - we’re here to make sure you get the care you need and deserve.

Support for bipolar disorder looks different for every person, and that’s okay. Therapy offers a structured, compassionate space to better understand patterns, build skills, and create stability over time.

Support isn’t just medical; it also includes compassionate listening, education, and acceptance. With the right care and understanding, meaningful progress is possible. You don’t have to navigate this alone. 💙

Self-compassion isn’t about ignoring challenges; it’s about responding to them with care instead of criticism. It allows you to acknowledge what’s difficult without adding shame or pressure to the moment.

When life feels heavy, gentleness is a strength, not a weakness. Offering yourself patience and understanding can be a powerful step toward healing and resilience.

Therapy is designed to meet you where you are, not push you past what feels safe. While growth can involve difficult conversations, it also includes understanding, relief, clarity, and moments of hope.

Healthy communication isn’t about winning arguments. It’s about understanding and being understood.
It allows space for honesty, empathy, and repair, even when conversations feel uncomfortable.

Learning how to express needs and emotions is a powerful mental health skill that strengthens relationships and supports emotional wellbeing over time.

Depression looks and feels different for everyone, and for some people, traditional treatments aren’t enough. That’s why we offer Spravato® (esketamine) treatment, an FDA-approved option designed to provide fast-acting relief for adults with treatment-resistant depression when used as part of a comprehensive care plan.

Unlike typical antidepressants that can take weeks to work, Spravato can start to help in hours, giving hope to people who need it most. It’s administered in our clinic under supervision to ensure safety and support through every step.

If you’ve been struggling despite trying other treatments, talk with a provider about whether Spravato might be right for you.
