We’re so excited to partner with Lollipop Boutique, located right next door to Parkgate! 💛

We’ve opened a consignment account where donated items will directly support Parkgate clients—helping fund interview outfits, parent clothing, and clothes for older kids in the home.

Have items to donate? Simply drop them off at Lollipop Boutique and mention they’re for Parkgate. 👚👖✨

First Time Moms Class 💛

Our First Time Moms class was one of the two programs we kicked off 2026 with. We’re so grateful to walk alongside these moms, providing education, support, and resources as they begin this new chapter.

🌟 Volunteer Highlight 🌟

We’re excited to spotlight Esther Sanders and Coppie Holmes, who are teaching our “Words Matter” Parenting Class for the second time at Parkgate! Together, they share a heart for equipping parents with God’s Word and strengthening families through intentional teaching and encouragement.

💛 Meet Esther
Esther is married to Greg and is a mom of seven daughters, with four sons-in-law, three grandchildren, and two more on the way! She serves as the Children’s Ministry Director at Lawndale Presbyterian Church and has a deep passion for helping children come to know Jesus—recognizing that this often begins with nurturing and equipping parents at home. When she’s not serving, Esther loves the outdoors, including hiking, skiing, water sports, running, and a good game of Scrabble.

💛 Meet Coppie
Coppie is a retired preschool teacher who decided to plug in at Parkgate after being inspired by volunteer stories at last year’s banquet. She attends Lawndale Presbyterian Church and enjoys working in her yard, reading, and leading storytime and Integrity Time at Calvary Preschool. Coppie brings years of experience and a joyful heart for serving families and young children.

We are so thankful for Esther and Coppie and their continued commitment to Parkgate and the families they serve!

Baby Closet Needs‼️

As our classes are starting back up again and parents are able to select items for their babies, our baby closet is in need of additional supplies.

We are currently needing:
• 18 and 24 month winter clothing (boys and girls)
• Size 4 and 5 diapers
• Wipes

✨ Staff Highlight: Meet Julie! ✨

Julie has been part of our family since 2015—starting as a volunteer and now serving on staff for over a year. She is passionate about meeting clients’ needs and loving them exactly where they are in their pregnancy journey.

Julie is married to her husband Raymond and is a proud mom to Rayli and Ethan. She is also a member of St. James Catholic Church, and we are so thankful for the care and heart she brings to our team! 💙
