Roderick “Rod” Pounds, Administrator at Traceway Retirement Community, doesn’t just lead from the office...he leads with heart.

Rod recently joined team members and our Elders at the 2025 Residents’ Convention, showing just how committed he is to creating a community where everyone thrives together!

Today, Rod is looking to add more dedicated team members to complete his care team. He is currently seeking:

- Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) - various 8-hour & 12-hour shifts (must be available to work some weekends and holidays)
- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) - 2nd & 3rd shifts (must be available to work some weekends and holidays)

Our Elders deserve the best care possible so they can continue enjoying meaningful experiences like this one. If you’re a qualified and licensed LPN or CNA who believes in making a difference every day, we would love to hear from you!
