Congratulations to our boss who competed in a half marathon this weekend and dominated.

“As Aaron Ford neared the finish line of the Viking Half Marathon Saturday morning, his focus was on encouraging other runners. “Finish strong!” he yelled to Archer Russell, a participant in the 10K race who was just ahead. Ford, a 43-year-old from Saltillo, finished first in the half marathon with a time of 1 hour, 27 minutes and 55 seconds.” Courtesy of the Greenwood Commonwealth.

Cades patient, Mr. Dan, started our morning right with donuts. He thanked us for being able to walk again and ride his motorcycle. In May he is going on a big motorcycle trip. He is riding 1800 miles from Tupelo to California and then 3000 miles from California to the Vietnam Veteran wall. Good luck!

Today is national fitness recovery day. Coming to your sessions and completing your treatments and exercises is important but it is just as important to include some rest days. Make sure your body is recovering correctly.

All of our therapist are trained in the McKenzie Method, which is an evidence-based system of assessment and treatment for musculoskeletal pain in the spine and extremities.
Maggie completed her first class in the training series this weekend.

If you’re curious about further imaging or more physical therapy, we can complete this in clinic. All therapist are trained in point of care ultrasounds. Ultrasounds could be used for areas like shoulder, knee, or even the Achilles. We can let you know if you need further imaging or a visit to your doctor. Come schedule your ultrasound today.
