Cardiology Associates of North Mississippi can trace its roots back over twenty years to the internists that formed Internal Medicine Associates of Tupelo in 1976. CANM doctors were also responsible for opening north Mississippi’s first Cardiac Catheterization Lab in February 1981, as well as many other accomplishments along the way. As it stands today, CANM boasts 20 full time cardiology specialists, who together cover the continuum of modern cardiac care.

I love coming to work and feeling like I have a second family. Everyone is passionate about the work they do, which is how we strive to provide our patients with the best care possible. I am forever thankful that I have found my home here at CANM.

What is one fun fact/personal note you would like to share?
When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my husband and our two girls, Kennedy and Mia.

What is one fun fact/personal note you would like to share? I spend most of my days trying to be the best wife and mother to our beautiful one year old.

It was great meeting today with Mississippi heart health experts on Capitol Hill. We talked about tackling high blood pressure, improving rural care, saving lives, and advancing efforts to improve health outcomes across Mississippi and the nation. I’m proud to lead the bipartisan effort to recognize National Cholesterol Education Month, because knowing your numbers can truly make a life-saving difference.

We asked Gracie: What do you love most about working at CANM? I love how teamwork oriented we are here! Everyone is so supportive and helpful. You can walk in any time of day and you’re met with smiles, good attitudes, and genuine patient concern. I’ve never experienced anything like it.

What is one fun fact/personal note you would like to share? You can usually find me baking in my free time, if I am not reading, watching cheesy hallmarks, or spending time with my loved ones and pets.

Natalie has been with Cardiology Associates for 1 year. She is an RN at our Corinth Clinic.

We asked Natalie: What do you love most about working at CANM?
There are many reasons why I am “CANM PROUD”. I cherish my little work family at the Corinth Clinic. We have become exactly that, in such a short amount of time-FAMILY. Our Providers are the absolute best around. I learn something new every single day, and I enjoy serving our patients and community. I feel honored to work for Cardiology Associates of North Mississippi.

What is one fun fact/personal note you would like to share?
I was a CNA for 5 years, before becoming a nurse. I am a “dog mom” to 2 French bulldogs, named Maggie and Millie. I rescued them in March of this year and absolutely adore them. You can usually find me shopping, reading, catching up on my favorite true crime show, or spending time with the ones I love.
