Relias contracts with North Mississippi Heath Services to provide management and emergency physician staffing to their 86,000 volume emergency department in Tupelo Mississippi. Being the largest non-metropolitan hospital in the nation, our team works in a Level II trauma center and regional referral center for Northeast Mississippi and West Alabama. Relias also contracts with North Mississippi Medical Center – West Point providing management services to their 17,000 volume emergency department. Relias also provides consulting services to Emergency Departments by providing in-depth analysis and recommendations for ED Staffing, ED Throughput, ED Nursing Engagement and Leadership Training, ED Physician performance analysis, and ED design and construction analysis.

History

The history of Relias can be found deeply rooted in the mission statement of the company today. In 2014 a group of emergency medicine physicians and a regional health system found themselves working together to align the needs of the clinicians and the priorities of the organization by working together for nearly two years to create what is today- Relias Healthcare. In 2016 Relias began serving as the sole EM staffing and management solution for the largest non-metropolitan hospital in the US. Since then; by listening to providers, health system partners, and patients, Relias has evolved from an 82,000-visit practice to a multistate healthcare solutions company with over 100 providers and over 250,000 annual visits.

What’s the secret to Relias’s Success? It’s simple:

We place our providers as our PRIORITY and give them an environment to do what they trained so passionately to do. We PARTNER with our hospitals and engage the organization at the ground level to understand their priorities and align our solutions around their needs. We never forget that the PATIENT is our purpose and without their trust in our services we fail to exist as a company.
