Belden-A’Naleia Rumani Long was born on Nov. 2, 2025 at the Women’s Center in Tupelo to Ja’Nyiah Hardy and Earnest Long, Jr. She went to heaven to be with Jesus and all the other little children after living 36 days, transforming to Glory Land on Dec. 6, 2025. LeBonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis provided the best medical care they could provide. She was a lovely little baby girlthat seemed to share a smile on every visit with her family and loved the color pink. In the Bible, God says, “Suffer the Little Children to come unto me for Such is the Kingdom of God”. A’Naleia was dearly loved by her family who knows she bloomed early but God wanted her in his beautiful garden of little ones to live eternally.
A service celebrating her life will be held at 11 AM Saturday, Dec. 13, 2025 in the Sadie Holland Memorial Chapel at Holland Funeral Directors-Tupelo with Pastor Willie Wilson officiating. Private immediate family only burial will follow in Porter’s Memorial Gardens. Visitation will begin at 10:30 am Saturday only. Holland Funeral Directors is honored to be serving the family.
Surviving A’Naleia are her mother, Ja’Nyiah Hardy and dad, Earnest Long, Jr.; her siblings, her twin, Zamaria Long, Iyanna Crayton and Breziya Long; her grandparents: Jasmine Hardy, David Bursey and Rosa Wallace; her great grandparents, Stephanie Dixon, Betty Dixon and Anthony Dixon; her aunts, Serenity Hardy, Marcasia Morris, Markyla Morris, Jarmesha McGaughy, Deerica Hudson and Toote McGaughy; her uncles, Isaac Dixon, Robert Watson, Marcus Morris, Jr., Antwon Ivy, Jr., Jimmari Dixon, Clint Bursey and Hikeem Bursey. She was preceded in death by great great grandparents, Ruth Ella Wilson, Joyce Payne, Charles Payne, Charles Dixon and Mary Armstrong and a cousin, Jaziah Fields.
The family thanks all of you for your prayers and words of love since A’Naleia’s birth and transformation to heaven.

Called to Serve

At Holland Funeral Directors, we pride ourselves in being friendly, engaging citizens of our community and people who feel "called" to this ministry among our fellow brothers and sisters. All of us could be doing other work (and many of us do have other pursuits), but this is what we are called to do: to be the face of Christ to hurting people who have lost a loved one. We have no magical answer that will take away your burden of grief and loss, but we will overwhelm you with kindness and love, and we will do it with remarkable economy.

We work not only for you, but with you, and we take seriously and reverently the high calling for which we are gifted and blessed. It is the highest of honors when you call on us to help you build a bridge from death back to life. And we will stay with you long after the funeral service. This is not simply a business, nor is this a job to us. It is our providential calling to treat you just like our family, for that is exactly what will happen if you choose us to be your funeral service providers.
