Meet Eli Stevens, our Encore Rehabilitation – Tupelo Athlete of the Month!

Eli is a student-athlete at TCPS, where he competes on both the basketball and football teams for the Eagles. He also has big dreams for the future, Eli shares that he’s considering becoming a Doctor after high school.

When he’s not on the field or court, Eli enjoys wakeboarding. He is the son of Dr. Matthew and Lindsey Stevens.

Eli, we are proud to have you as our Athlete of the Month! We wish you continued success in your academics and your athletic career.

Meet Charlotte Ellis, our newest success story at Encore Rehabilitation – Tupelo!

After undergoing a Lumbar Spinal Fusion, Charlotte began physical therapy to address significant weakness in her legs and back, along with balance difficulties. She shares, “My legs and back were very weak and my balance was not good.”

Under the care of Jordan Nguyen, Clinical Director and Physical Therapist, Charlotte received an individualized treatment plan designed specifically to improve her strength and balance.

Charlotte says, “I am so much better, and I am very thankful for the hard work and encouragement I received during my treatments.” She adds, “I chose Encore Rehabilitation – Tupelo because they were kind, and Jordan was so caring and helped me so much! I would recommend Encore Rehabilitation because they are very thorough, and they encourage you to work hard and reach your goals.”

Meet Enoch Jones, PT, DPT!
Enoch is a Regional Director with Encore Rehabilitation and a licensed Physical Therapist with extensive experience in industrial rehabilitation, sports and orthopedic rehab, dry needling, and blood flow restriction training. Enoch has been a Physical Therapist with Encore Rehabilitation for 17 years.

Enoch is certified in multiple Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) systems and frequently performs AMA 4th and 6th Edition Impairment Ratings. His background includes FCEs, impairment ratings, workplace and physical demands analysis, post-offer and pre-employment screenings, fit-for-duty evaluations, and agility testing — making him one of Encore’s most versatile evaluators in complex industrial cases.

He has presented at the Encore-Uhler Sports Medicine Symposium and the Alabama Workers' Compensation Organization conferences, taught AMA impairment rating courses, and has been published in the Journal of Acute Care Physical Therapy.

Enoch represents Encore’s commitment to excellence across every community we serve, bringing clinical leadership and specialized expertise to our Industrial Rehab Team!

He also markets specialized programs such as Work Hardening and Work Conditioning, assisting providers with case closure and helping employees regain strength and confidence at work.
