Mountain Bliss Holistic Healing

I studied the art of massage at The Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy in 2009. I then opened my own massage studio for two of the years that I continued to live there. A year after my son, Noa, was born I decided to venture back to the states to be a little closer to home. With being from the small town of Canton, in the northern part of the Adirondacks, I have always held a place for the mountains in my heart. With my active lifestyle, the Adirondacks was a great place for us to reside. I am an avid rock climber, skier, camper, hula hooper and water lover. I have contracted out of The Olympic Training Center for 7 years and have traveled with USA Bobsled/Skeleton, Woman's Hockey and Triathlon. I am hoping to spread my love for the Adirondacks and wellness to others. Chelsea Schaffer
