The seasons germs have hit my house, brought home from school. The hubby so far has escaped said germs.

A few items we've been taking religiously since the first sign of sickness.

🌶Fire Honey - I drink mine in Cinnamon Apple Herbal Tea.
🍵Concentrated Herbal Tea Shots - Nutrient dense herbs boiled into a tea then mixed with honey.
🥃Elderberry Syrup Shot - homemade with everything I had on hand to make it nutrient dense.
🫗Lots of water.

💊Tylenol when the fever becomes too much.

I've been told that Flu A is making its rounds in local school, we haven't been tested but I am guessing this is what we have since a couple of friends from school were positive.

While I am sick, I am noooo way as bad off as I have been in the past with the flu. Thankful for path I've traveled to Herbal Remedies & thankful for the friends I've made along the way. 💕
