David A. Lindenberg, D.O., is a board-certified doctor specializing in pain management who has a passion to help those in our community improve their quality of life through a five-step approach method. With over nine years of diverse experience, he is dedicated to providing personalized and compassionate efforts to each patient and focus on understanding what is causing their pain and limiting them from being more functional.
Dr. Lindenberg recently relocated to Turlock and is the founder of NorCal Pain Treatment Center. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Davis where he majored in microbiology and minored in music. He obtained a Master of Science Degree in biomedical laboratory science from San Francisco State University, where he also competed in track and field and was named an Academic All-American. He then obtained his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Des Moines University in Des Moines, IA.
Following an internship in internal medicine at San Joaquin General Hospital, he went on to complete a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Minnesota, in Minneapolis, where he served as Chief Resident. He completed his Fellowship in Anesthesia Pain Medicine at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA.
As a Stockton native, Dr. Lindenberg, along with his wife Brenda, and their daughter Jeanie Ray, is excited to return to the Central Valley and establish NorCal Pain Treatment Center, which aims to serve the needs of the greater community through a holistic and individualized approach.
NorCal Pain Treatment Center focuses on addressing pain through a five approach method to pain management. When a new patient comes to the office, Dr. Lindenberg carefully investigates what is the cause of the pain and suffering, what the patient has tried in the past, what they are currently doing to manage their pain, and together with the patient taking an active role we help them to develop a pain management plan. Often, this plan will include one or more of the following five general categories of pain treatment options:
