Patients with appointments Thursday May 2nd should be aware that there will be some road construction on E. Tuolumne Rd. Waiting to hear back on some more details, but nonetheless, please plan accordingly so that you may arrive to your appointment on time.

If the Family Medical Plaza parking lot is inaccessible, there is parking across the street at the Emanuel Cancer Center that can be accessed from all sides (Colorado, Delbon, and Olive) though I do not know how easy crossing Tuolumne will be without walking to one of the signals.

When you have your phone provider add music for when callers are on hold, but instead they fail and break your internet for one day, bring your phone lines down for half of another, and now finding out that our outgoing caller ID number hasn't been displaying correctly for almost two weeks. 🙄

With that said, we had to cancel the music that plays while on hold, it unfortunately didn't work properly from the start.

Also, if you have received a call from our office displaying any number besides the 209-216-5900, please refrain from using that number and use the one that I just listed. Those other numbers will bypass the phone exchange when active, and you won't be able to reach them when the office is closed as you should.

We've once again called the phone provider to get that straightened out when making calls from different lines. In the meantime, untill that change takes effect, calls from the office will display as a Private Number. Voicemails will be left for calls not answered where applicable.

Update: Phones are back!

Update: We are now awaiting a technician, lines have been turned over to the answering service, they will send us messages as they come in. (9:27AM)

We are experimenting some technical difficulties with our phone lines and currently only have one line available. It is actively being worked on and slowly improving as I type this even. We appreciate your patience!

Due to being short staffed, we will be turning our phone lines over to the answering service at 3:30PM today as well as Monday the 30th, and the doors will also be closed. If you have any urgent issues you should contact your P*P or, in the case of an emergency, 911. Phone lines should resume normal hours on Tuesday, but please keep in mind we will still be short staffed which will lead to longer hold times, as well as longer turn around times for any sort of requests. We truly appreciate your patience! Thank you!

Due to a staff shortage today, we will be turning our phone lines over to the answering service at 3:30PM today. If you have any urgent issues you should contact your P*P or, in the case of an emergency, 911. Our phones will open back up tomorrow at 8:00AM.

Just a friendly reminder to everyone that makes a visit to our office;

Masks are STILL a requirement for ALL patients, their family, as well as anyone else that comes into the office for an appointment or otherwise. If you are unable to wear a mask, we must be notified ahead of your visit, and you must present a doctors note upon entering. Whether you're the patient or not. There are no exceptions.

During this pandemic it is our goal to keep our patients and our staff as safe from Covid as possible so that we can continue to treat all new and established patients. The smallest outbreak in the office would be enough to disrupt the treatment and care of countless patients.

We appreciate your cooperation in everything we've had to adapt to over the last year, as well as everything in the months to come as we get closer and closer to the end.

Due to strange issues with Spectrum, some of our phone lines aren't working properly. If you call and get a busy signal, you can either give it a few minutes and try again, send an email to srodriguez@activeorthoweb.com, or send a Facebook message to this page.

Include your name, the name of the patient if not yourself, date of birth, a brief description of why you're calling, and a phone number, and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
