Heart Chakra color of green connection of growth but also we can connect red which connects to our root Chakra of foundation and love. If we want to open our heart we must realize that these two are strongly connected with our emotions of past and present. To heal the negative of these will allow the energy to be manifest postive for our future. Small steps create leaps in healing. Accepting your lesson to heal and move forward. Journaling is a great way to start this process.
Why is this important we must love unconditional if it is family friends or a partner. Sometimes it's not to have them in your circle it's to love them afar. You can still love a toxic person by prayer and gratitude for lessons. Putting negative ( anger, hate, resent .. ) only brings that into your energy.
Releasing past. We can't move forward if we hang onto things of our past. The I wish I would of... learn it, now you can if in physical or if in spiritual pray and send it to spirit to release it within you and them. It's never to late. That will help in your healing to move forward.
The heart is what sends postive energy through our physical and spiritual body. We have to learn that with every breath we breath In the white light it up to you to relase the negative with each breath.

Reiki 1 is this Sunday at 9 am till about five pm. Please bring a dish to pass for lunch.
The fee is 125.00 .
Book is 35.00 If you have taken reiki and have certificate the fee is 35.00 but you will be doing a retake this offers you to sit in learn something new and meet other like minded people. The retake will not get your certification under me and have same benefits as the full fee class, Full fee class ..This has many bonuses.,
1.You always can sit in on our reiki class at no fee.
2.If you go to master I will assist you in your new level as a Master which, If you like I will go to your first set of classes to show support and assist you,
3. Your are under my linage so you will be able to purchase material and books from our master William Rand and so many other bonuses.
4. I will submit info to verify info for you to be posted on a worldwide reiki page. Choice of Master completion to teach or to completion of level 2 to give proper reiki to others.
5. You may use my printed material.
