RaKira Tidmore is absolutely limitless!

Our incredible Case Manager for the Blind recently provided back-to-back virtual webinars for the first time, proving that passion and experiences know no bounds.

First, she co-presented with Dr. Kent for VitAL Alabama, sharing resources for the blind community in the workplace to improve wellness.

Then, she immediately switched gears into the next virtual presentation educating the University of Alabama's "Legends 101" class, covering assistive technology for low vision to optimize transition.

Back to back with a plan.

Inspired by her own journey with vision loss, RaKira has dedicated her life to helping others. She’s become a beacon of hope and support for raising awareness and growing her community.

RaKira serves the communities across Bibb, Choctaw, Fayette, Greene, Hale, Lamar, Perry, Pickens, Marengo, Sumter, and Tuscaloosa counties. If you’d like to connect or have any questions, please contact her at 205-345-2883.
