We are in our Fayette Clinic the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of every month located in the same building as Debbie's Drugs across the street from Fayette DCH.

We are open Monday- Thursday from 8-5 by appointment only. Face mask are required no matter your vaccine status in the clinic at all times (we do not provide face mask). Only the patient with an appointment will be allowed into the clinic unless they need assistance from a family/care member. We will then allow only one (1) additional person in with the patient. Call 205-633-3606 for an appointment. We are in our Fayette Clinic on the 1st & 3rd Tuesdays of each month.

We will be in our Fayette Clinic Tuesday March 2, 2021 starting at 9 a.m. If you need to be seen in Fayette please call 205-633-3606 for an appointment. We do require that a face mask be wore during your appointment.

We are open Monday- Thursday from 8-5 by appointment only. When you arrive call 205-633-3606 located on the big yellow sign by the door and wait outside. We will come out and check your temperature before your allowed into the clinic. Face mask are required in the clinic at all times (we do not provide face mask). Only the patient with an appointment will be allowed into the clinic unless they need assistance from a family/care member. We will then allow only one (1) additional person in with the patient. They also will have temperature checked and must have a face mask. If the doctor needs to speak you anyone accompanying the patient we will come out and speak with you. Call 205-633-3606 for an appointment. We are now back in our Fayette Clinic on the 1st & 3rd Tuesdays of each month.
