On Track to Wellness

On Track to Wellness On Track to Wellness is dedicated to empowering individuals to lead healthier lives through proper nutrition, regular physical activity, and vaccinations.

We provide resources to help you make informed decisions about your health and wellness journey. On Track to Wellness aims to improve health, prevent chronic disease, and reduce health disparities among Tuscaloosa County populations with the highest risk or burden of chronic disease through community-based activities in the areas of nutrition, physical activity, Building Healthy Families, and vaccination programs. To achieve these goals, a local community coalition leverages longstanding clinical-community partnerships to implement culturally relevant, evidence-based strategies to improve the health of the community. On Track to Wellness is made possible with funding from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
