Our sweet Mattie has been a part of our community since Aug of 2023 and we just adore this ray of sunshine in our happy place!! To finish out Feb, here is a little bit more about her!

What does True40 mean to you?
- True40 to me is not only a great workout and mental escape, but a place where I feel loved and have made so many great friendships throughout my time of coming here. I always leave feeling better than when I came in!

What’s a posture you love to hate?
- Jumping split lunges!!! (I think that’s what they’re called 😅 hahaha) So hard but so good - they always make me sore

What’s inspiring you lately?
- My friends!!!! Being at college far away from home means my friends are my family in Alabama. They are so supportive, push me to step out of my comfort zone & grow, provide a listening ear when I need one, and make me laugh everyday. I am so thankful for them!
