On October 23rd, Five Horizons Health Services was proudly represented at the Southern Policymaker Academy hosted by the Southern AIDS Coalition (SAC) in Memphis, TN!

💗 Agency-Wide Pink Out Recap! 💗

Yesterday, our team showed up and showed out for Breast Cancer Awareness Month by wearing pink across all our locations! 💕 Everyone came together to honor the fighters, celebrate the survivors, and remember those we’ve lost.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped us spread awareness and support throughout the agency. 💪💖

On October 23rd, Alabama's U.S. Senator Tommy Tuberville stood up in defense of the 340B Drug Pricing Program during a hearing hosted by the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor & Pensions. We know that this drug rebate program helps save taxpayer dollars & we know that this program is essential for protecting access in rural communities. In his opening remarks, Senator Tuberville said, “We should be expanding this, not reforming it," and we agree.

October 15th is National Latinx HIV/AIDS Awareness Day!

Did you know? In 2022, Hispanic and Latino individuals made up 32% of new HIV diagnoses in the U.S. despite representing only 19% of the population.
