This is a wonderful service for our community — providing a safe, easy, and responsible way to dispose of unused or expired medications. Proper disposal helps prevent misuse and keeps our homes and environment safer. 🌿

Take a few minutes to clean out your medicine cabinets and drop off those old prescriptions — it truly makes a difference! 👏

National Prescription Drug Take Back Day is this Saturday, October 25th. We just wanted to remind the community that The Douglas County Sheriff's Office has a designated drop off point in our lobby that is available 24/7. Please note that we do not accept any needles for the safety of those collecting for disposal. Feel free to take this opportunity to clear out your medicine cabinets!
