Morrison Funeral Home This is the Facebook account for Morrison Funeral Home. We serve the communities surrounding Tuscumbia, Cherokee and Florence, Alabama. Joe Morrison, Sr.

began the tradition and set the bar for service and dedication to the families Morrison Funeral Home serves in 1959. In 1981 Morrison Funereal Home became its own entity. The business was passed on to Joe Morrison, Jr. in 1985, where expanded the company to three locations and a cemetery. In 2018, Mike Morrison became the owner, and in July 2022 he opened Morrison Cremation Care Center. Located next to our Tuscumbia facility, it is a facility uniquely dedicated to meet the needs of families who choose cremation. Mike, his family, and the employees still strive to provide families with the services they have grown to know from Morrison Funeral Home. Four generations later Morrison Funeral Home has three funeral home locations (Tuscumbia, Cherokee, and Florence/Central Heights), Cherokee Memorial Park (a perpetual care cemetery adjacent to our funeral home), and Morrison Cremation Care Center. Our goal is to offer professional services with the unmistakable personal touch that Shoals area families deserve and have come to expect from our staff.
