I unashamedly try to mimick everything Chris Lilly does in cooking pork shoulder. Why? Well another 1st place in Pork Shoulder at one of the most prestigious BBQ Competitions anywhere, Memphis in May, is one reason! Not only winning again, but winning again for the eleventh time in a field of 129 teams!!!

Congrats Team Big Bob Gibson on number 12!!! That's unbelievable!
