Week 5 has me drenched in sweat! I’m not sore anymore and I’m noticing improvements in strength and endurance.

Functionally life has been a lot easier. Im able to walk my dog without getting tired, play with my 1 year old longer before I have to take a break. Also carrying groceries and moving furniture has never been easier.

Sure you can run on a treadmill or outside on your own but there’s something about having community at that makes running so much better.

If you're doing any sort of workout program I highly suggest taking progress photos - they really help boost confidence and increase motivation.

When comparing these two photos you'll notice in the first photo I lost body fat and increased muscle definition.

These photos make me proud. I'm only a quarter of the way through my program and can't wait to see what the last week has in store for me 🙌

I am really not a fan of cardio…. But makes it super fun! Even the 530 am classes. Yeah it’s early but it’s convenient. The energy is addictive and it’s really hard not to come out of class feeling like a rockstar.

Full disclosure- I typically hit strength training either mid day or in the afternoon depending on when I have patients and when Asher is asleep. It really doesn’t matter when you do the workout as long as you get it done!
