Had an awesome and educational tour at the Yakult factory today! ✨

We got to taste the probiotic drink fresh and learn more about the benefits of probiotics. It was really cool seeing the full assembly line in action—from how the bottles are made to how the drink is filled, sealed, and packaged. Watching the whole process happen so efficiently was fascinating!

Definitely a fun and informative experience. If you ever get the chance to visit, I highly recommend it!

We’re so lucky to live close to the local farmers market! We took a nice walk over and enjoyed exploring all the wonderful food and fresh items they had to offer. From delicious treats to beautiful fresh fruits and vegetables, there was so much to see and taste. Taking this time allowed us to truly slow down, breathe deeply, and feel the soothing vibrations of the music flow through us. The gentle tones created a peaceful space where we could let go, reset, and simply be present.

Today we had our friends from Cabrillo Academy stop by to volunteer , and what a wonderful day it was! 💛 We enjoyed playing games, shared laughs, and spending meaningful time together.
Jim, one of our Resident Ambassador, even taught some of the volunteers how to plant some flowers in our garden boxes 🌼 🌱. A few of the kids also joined in on our artistic expression, adding creativity and color to the day.
We’re so grateful for the time, energy, and smiles Cabrillo Academy brought with them. Days like this truly fill our hearts!
