Heads up - for your patients starting on Medicare - warn them about Part C, so called "Advantage Plans." These plans may say they have you, and other of your clients trusted doctors & practitioners in the plan, but often, they don't. These plans pay "Benefit Management Companies" and "Pharmacy Benefit Managers" to handle patient claims, and will capriciously switch medications & doctors groups from the plan *during the contract year*. Yes, they are less expensive, but they could cost you more, in the end, maybe even your life.
