Introducing air compression treatments—a game-changer in post-workout recovery!

Imagine wrapping your legs in a soothing device that stimulates blood flow, reduces swelling, and flushes out toxins like lactic acid—all while you sit back and relax. That’s exactly what leg air compression does.

https://www.specializedpt.com/air-compression-therapy

Here’s how it works:
🔹 Enhanced Circulation: By rhythmically inflating and deflating, it pushes fresh oxygenated blood into your muscles, promoting healing.
🔹 Reduced Muscle Fatigue: Flushes out waste products like lactic acid, which cause soreness and stiffness.
🔹 Improved Flexibility: Keeps muscles loose and joints mobile, helping you avoid injuries.
🔹 Relaxation in Minutes: A single session leaves your legs feeling light and rejuvenated.

Best of all? You don’t need to spend hours stretching or get other expensive treatments to feel the difference.

Here’s why athletes and fitness enthusiasts are raving about this treatment:
💪 Achieve Your Fitness Goals Faster: Recover better, train harder, and perform at your peak.
🏃 Stay Consistent: Skip the downtime caused by soreness and injuries.
🕒 Save Time: Just 15–30 minutes a day is enough to supercharge your recovery routine.

Plus, it’s perfect for anyone at any fitness level. From beginners to seasoned pros, leg air compression brings science-backed recovery right to your home.

Why wait to feel the benefits? Your next workout is calling, and it’s time to crush it with confidence!

👉 Try it today and see the results for yourself! Whether you’re recovering from a marathon or just finished leg day, leg air compression treatments are here to support your journey to a stronger, healthier you.

Dear Friends,

It is with mixed feelings that I announce my departure from Specialized Physical Therapy. In early 2017 my wife and I sensed God leading us in a new direction and over the course of the past year we have taken steps to relocate to Missoula, Montana. We are excited to see what lies ahead in this next chapter of our lives. I am planning to remain in physical therapy education as well as patient care while living in Missoula. It has been such a blessing over the last 14 years to help you and the people of this community recover from injuries while empowering you all to pursue strength and wellness through physical therapy practices and healthy living.

That said, we are not closing our doors, instead I have decided to sell the practice to my friends and colleagues Amit Gandhi and Travis Morisoli; you will be in good hands. Amit and Travis currently manage another successful practice not too far from here; Costa Mesa Physical Therapy. They are both highly skilled professionals of which I respect and trust to continue the exceptional level of care you have come to expect from Specialized Physical Therapy.

So what does this mean for your care?
We will be transitioning the ownership of care over the next few weeks while retaining the amazing staff you have become familiar with during your time at Specialized Physical Therapy; so please give Amit and Travis a warm welcome.

If you have any questions please feel free to reach out in person, via phone 714-838-6999 or email steve@specializedpt.com

Thank you,
Steve Ferdig, PT, DPT, OCS, CNP

Excited to share a recent Redcord treatment outcome.

This 24 year old has a six year history of neck pain, limited mobility and headaches. Her pain and significant weakness have severely limited her range of motion as seen in the first picture. Following a single 20 minute Redcord session she demonstrated a 94% increase in her mobility. At her follow up visit, two days later, she demonstrated 89% of the range of motion gained during her initial treatment.

After 25 years of patient care I still get such satisfaction from results like these!
