Deep splitter was tough to obturate… probably could’ve opened things up a bit more before the split but who doesn’t love...

Haven’t done an agpt retx or posted in a while. Two birds, one stone. Thankfully enough of the agpts were exposed to grab onto without too much trouble. Had to trough a bit to locate the mb2. Satisfied with the result… all the while pt got a little 😴

The usual trauma/ortho… was moderately concerned about finding/negotiating the canal space, but the endo gods were merciful today. Some funky mid and apical anatomy on the postop.

Pretty happy with how these turned out. Was able to expose the agpts and pull them out retrograde.
